Acceptable Use Policy
The app runs entirely on your device and has no social features. This policy is mainly about how you use it, and about not doing anything in our name.
1. Intended use
Baozao is for personal, private venting and entertainment. Everything you write is visible only to you on your own device.
2. There is no way to reach other people
The app has no messaging between users, no sharing, no upload, no public profiles and no comment sections. Nothing you write can be sent to another person through this app. The names you write in the grudge list are stored only for you.
3. Please do not
- Use the app to plan or encourage harm against a real person
- Take screenshots of content naming a real person and publish them to harass that person
- Redistribute a modified copy of the app claiming it is ours
- Remove the third-party licence notices bundled with the open-source games
4. Strong language
The characters use strong language by design and direct it at the person you describe, never at you. The app is intended for adults and is rated accordingly.
5. If you are struggling
The app is entertainment, not care. If you are thinking about hurting yourself, please talk to someone you trust or call a local crisis line. In mainland China: 12356.
6. Enforcement
Because the app is offline and anonymous, we have no accounts to suspend and no content to moderate. This policy states expectations; it is not enforced by monitoring you, and we could not monitor you even if we wanted to.
7. Contact
Chinese summary
The app has no channel to reach other people: you can't send to others, share, upload, or have a public profile. Names you write in the notebook are visible only to you.
Please don't use it to plan harm against real people, and don't post screenshots with real names to harass anyone.
