The app is completely free with no paid features of any kind, so there's no refund policy.
1. Price
BAOZAO is distributed free of charge. It has no paid version, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no virtual currency and no advertising.
2. The "buy a tea" screen
The app contains a screen called 做善事 ("do a good deed") which plays an animation of scanning a code to buy the character a cup of tea. No payment is taken and no payment method is involved. The interface states on screen that no money is charged. It exists as a joke, not as a transaction.
3. If you were somehow charged
We have no payment integration, so a charge cannot originate from us. If you believe you were charged for this app, it did not come from TJ NOVA LTD. Please contact the store you downloaded from (Google Play or the App Store) and also let us know at support@tjnovaltd.com so we can investigate any misuse of our name.
4. Store policies
Where a store applies its own refund rules to free apps, those rules apply through the store, not through us.
